Refund policy

At CheckNPay, we are committed to delivering the right products in the best possible condition. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you may request a return within 5 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us directly on our phone number with clear photos and your order details. Returns without valid reasons will not be accepted. We do not offer exchanges, so please confirm all details — such as color and size — before placing your order.

A return shipping fee of Rs. 100 will be charged and must be covered by the customer. Refunds will be processed after we have verified and approved the return. We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet our policy terms.

 

In approved return cases, store credit may be offered for future purchases.
